Every adult under the roof clears the same background check and shows the income to afford the room. The care we took with you, we took with all of them.

Your door locks

Keypad locks on your room and the front door, with codes that are yours alone.

File a request in your portal whenever it suits you. It's timestamped and on our list the moment you send it.

The house rules are in writing

Quiet hours, guests, tidying up — all written down, so everyone knows where they stand from day one.

About fifteen minutes online, and a small application fee. We check credit, background, rental history and income.
Move in
$300 move-in fee plus your first month, prorated. Sign your membership agreement, stay 31 days, then month to month.

Current residents

Already living in one of our houses?

Pay rent: Online through your portal, or set it to run automatically each month so it takes care of itself.
Something broken: Send it through your portal with a photo. You'll know straight away that we have it.
A real emergency: Fire, gas, a break-in, anyone hurt — call 911 first. Tell us right after, through the portal or the office number.
Staying longer: Say so before your end date and we'll tell you what's open.
